"Kitchen had plenty of dishes/silverware and a combination oven/microwave, large microwave size or like an RV oven but had the full bake settings and such. Also a dishwasher. The in-unit washer/dryer was also nice. They had one free laundry pod and a few dishwasher pods under the sink. Definitely go through and open every drawer in the bathroom and kitchen when you get there because they had other things like pans and a toaster or a blow dryer in the bathroom that I didn't find until we were checking out. I would love to see some sort of shades installed on the balconies, we were on the non-view side and only the second floor so we definitely felt very obvious using the hot tub within easy view of people walking through the shops. Some pull down sunshades would solve that a bit, especially for families with kids. Otherwise though it was a great trip and the kids absolutely loved the stay. Thanks so much!"

"Room was clean. Staff were friendly. We didn't try breakfast out. But the end of the stay was marked by finding an "out of order" sign on the elevator. I was travelling with my daughter for her medical care (so she's not well). I found myself trying to get down the stairwell from the 4th floor with her and all our bags when we were leaving to get to a medical appointment. I would have appreciated some type of communication from the hotel to prepare for that. Or for there to be extra staff in the building to help guests get down the stairs. "
