"Cheapest hotel to stay in palm springs! Had a great stay! Washroom shower had hair in it and towels had hair other than that it was great. I think its time to upgrade all tje hair dryers as well they smell when on high speed. But beds were great "

"Room was clean, staff was attentive. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was average. I know the eggs are powdered they were too watery. Maybe have a pan with drainage. "

"Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. "

"Location allowed great access to Hwy111 to we could easily get to where we needed to go. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent. There was adequate parking. The staff was helpful. The only problem we had was that when someone took a shower next door, it sounded like a jet plane was landing in our bathroom. That happened 3 times between midnight and 1:30am. So sleep was impossible during that time."

"Only two regular chargers for EV vehicles, and if you check in later in evening, whatever car is there is likely there overnight. Found out the next morning that there is a 2-hour guideline/rule, which really should be posted at the chargers. Good that the hotel has that, but ultimately, it is up to the consideration of the car owners, especially if the hotel staff does not have accurate auto and hotel guest contact info."
