"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

"The owners were really lovely and accommodating, they leant me things from their own kitchen as I needed to bake some bits while I was staying there, and even offered to put the dishes in their dishwasher so I didn’t have to wash it up myself. Although, the kitchen had everything you needed for a normal stay there. They waited up for us as we were late getting there for check in, due to a long journey. "Because we had train delays we were late booking in.Not a problem though The friendly receptionist was very welcoming. The bed was huge and after a very stressful day we had agood nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. Checkout was not until 12 noon so we had time for a quick visit to the city centre which is about a 5 minutes walk away The train station is just across the road so this is a very convenient place to stay"
