"A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area."

"The location across the street from the train station was super convenient. The railway noise wasn’t a problem for us. The room was on the top floor with low ceilings and doorways. And the ensuite bathroom was small but utilized the space well. The rainfall shower was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions."

The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor.
