all was just great: perfect and confortable rooms, great food, the big conference room we had ( 290 seats) its amazing....we were charmed indeed

Tiny bathroom, comfortable room
They tried to charge me for parking until I showed the reservation that said, Free Parking. The front desk was very kind about it.

Not great but very satisfactory
Good stay overall, narrow bathroom. I only got one key card, left my laptop to charge when I went to dinner, no charge do to key room. Restaurant is amazing and service very professional. I got charged for parking with 2€. It should be included in the room charge.

Don’t get fooled y’all, this place is bad
Deception. A word that best describes my stay at this hotel. Staying at this hotel reminded me of Gordon Ramsey’s show, where he goes to the worst hotels and discovers the shocking truth. My arrival was not very much welcomed, the person working at the front desk didn’t even bothered to smile while charging me for my two night stay. The elevator made weird sounds and it’s floor had tiles which were broken, making it worse. I paid for a Queen bed and ended up with a room with two single beds, one of which looked like someone had slept there recently and the bedsheets were crumpled. Moving on to the room itself, it was nothing like the pictures I saw before booking my hotel stay. Carpets were so dirty, bed frames had dust, windows were not working properly and the towels had a funky smell. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s extremely close to the mall, and that’s it.

Nice, confortable stay in Cluj
It was a nice overall experience. Service was great, People working there are very nice. I Could check in a couple of hours earlier than planned. Rooms are clean, they change the towells daily. The parking fee is very cheap. Very Close to bus station and taxi. Easy acces, beautiful scenario and balcon view. However, it seamed very noisy to me. You can hear doors slamming very early in the morning.

A friendly helpful home from home.
This was my 4th visit to UniversT so it came as no surprise they they went out of their way to help me when I discovered that I had left my mobile phone on my flight from Munich with Lufthansa. I was particularly asisted by the young man on duty at Reception at 6.00pm on 3/7/17. Unfortunately I cannot remeber his name.

Good hotel for reasonable price in Cluj
Great location of the hotel in a nice green area over a small lake with a fountain. Nearby a shopping center with Multicinema. Very nice room and nice bathroom. Very nice breakfast with tasty products and a good variety. In the restaurant the service a bit slow without much care for the customers.

Could be better
Room quite clean but I found the trash basket full from the previous occupant. Rooms are big enough but I have always problem adjusting the temperature. When you book the double room you may have the impression to book a Kings size bad but you will and up in a twin room.

Can't complain about the location, but as soon as we got in the room, we saw stains on the wall and carpet. The mattress was very cheap not conformable at all. Shower was very small. The staff was nice and again the location was great.

A very happy stay
arriving tired out after a very long journey at 0.45AM I was thrilled at the welcome that I received. Within minutes I was able to get into a very comfortable bed.

Why I liked this hotel!
Arriving at 00.30 very tired after a long flight I was welcomed and treated very well at reception. The bedroom was excellent my one criticism is that there is not a convenient light switch to turn lights off rom the bed. The hotel is very modern and convenient for the airport.

Nice hotel, close to the mall.
At first we were told that the hotel was fully booked which left us quite stressed as we had a confirmation booking. After being offered what they call some sort of complimentary business room we were just happy we didn't have to look for other accommodation (as their were no hotels within walking distance) however about an hour after checking in we were told that someone had cancelled so we were able to take their room. I must say that the room we ended up with was absolutely perfect. We left for a mini weekend getaway and we really did feel as though our time was enjoyed thoroughly because we were able to feel at ease and relaxed in the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Thank you so much for the enjoyable stay univers t, we will definitely be back!!! :-)

The room was ok, the bed was comfortable, the furniture was new but not quite functional. The shower cabin was very small and not very clean. Only one power outlet in the whole room. A nice view over a small lake. Very close to the Iulius shopping mall. Price was low comparing to the other hotels.

I stayed one night to catch an early flight out of the Cluj-Napoca (RO) Airport. The room was comfortable and clean; the reception staff helpful at check-in and in getting a cab at 4:30 in the morning; the WiFi worked well and there was cable TV to watch. Basic but very serviceable, with a modern shopping mall next door!

we stayed here because only 3 miles to airport and had an early flight. Staff very helpful and the taxi we wanted turned up promptly at 4am! no breakfast included but thatw as fine as we left early quiet hotel, overlooking lake, very near to big shopping centre and walking distance to the main centre (if you like walking!) or the trolley buses run from outside the shopping centre to the centre

An excellent hotel (at a good price).
The hotel was a short bus trip from the airport. It is situated immediately next to a huge shopping centre. The building itself is large and impressive and in extremely good order. We lugged our heavy cases up the front steps but, unknown to us and not clearly marked, there is a lift around the corner. The receptionist was extremely friendly and gave us a choice of rooms explaining the pros and cons of each. The room itself was large, extremely well presented and very clean. It was very hot but the air conditioning worked brilliantly. There was a balcony with a decent view but no seperation from the neighbours so can be a bit uncomfortable if they are outside too! Beds were extremely comfortable and there was a much needed fridge in the room. Bathroom was immaculately clean but the shower was a bit on the small side and leaked a bit onto the bathroom floor. Another bonus is the free high speed wi-fi internet access. Overall we were really impressed and enjoyed our stay very much. Maybe the most impressive three star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be staying again if we return to Cluj.

In addition to the parameters of the hotel rating, I enjoyed the breakfast (don't miss it) and the assistance in offering an electricity cable for working in the lounge, printing a Word document etc. I've stayed in this hotel before, and I will come to it again.
