"Overall the property is beautiful and the pool/ outdoor amenities are so nice. What lowered my star rating was the gym. First, it's in the basement... whats that all about... you have this beautiful view and you stick the treadmills/ weights/ equipment in a room with no windows? Furthermore, it didn't feel like there was air conditioning in there, no fans, no water station, no towels, no wipes for the equipment. Awful gym experience. Completely not becoming of a 4 star hotel. I did really like...

"The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. It did eventually get fixed. As a very nice gesture, we were gifted with a bottle of cava and a charcuterie tray,...

"Fantastic spot. The rooms are nice and luxurious while still being priced well. The property is also very well maintained and run by some of the best staff I've had the pleasure of coming across. The location itself is a quick walk to both the strip of your main shopping stores, and the wharf/bars. Old Town is also a brief 10 minute walk away, so this location is very convenient. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for a good, easy stay in Ibiza."

"The apartment is super spacious and the porch was huge I wish I stayed more than two days. The management was amazing and super communicative. She communicated with me on WhatsApp at all hours and help with everything I needed!
