"Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much"

"A little tricky to locate but once you do, it’s next to a great walking path and near lovely restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the vintage/quirky decor. The room was very clean and comfy with a great balcony for morning coffee."

The owner, Gary, is an absolute gentleman and an incredible host who makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. His passion for the early days of cinema shines through in every corner of the property. It is the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by history and unmatched hospitality. "The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again."

"The room smelled of strong fragrance, was tiny, and very loud. It sounded like my window was open the entire night. It was absolutely not worth the amount of money I spent. The staff was fantastic, but I would never book this hotel again unless it was significantly cheaper."

"As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....
