"Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. "The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode). The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers. Other than that the staff very extraordinarily kind and welcoming at every interaction....

"Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. Der Schrank im Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Badezimmer war eine reine Baustelle. Die Dusche hatte keine Wände, so dass das...
