"We arrived at the hotel at 8am after an early morning flight and the reception staff were very considerate and kind. They immediately prepared a room for us and offered us breakfast at no charge. The service at the spa was excellent and the treatment was of a high standard."

"There is absolutely nothing boutique about this place (at least in room 101). There was no hot water for the shower, or towels. Everything was very worn out, and there was mould in the bathroom. I would probably complain less if the hotel didnt call itself boutique. I only stayed for one night luckily, so didnt need the shower desperately It gets two stars for - the price, location, and good wifi. For £17 a night you get what you pay for, but ive stayed in far better for the same price, ive been around! "
