The door to the room is not only difficult to open because the tension on it isincredibly high, which makes it Very hard to keep it opening while trying to get the luggage cart in and out of the room. I understand you aren't doing single use containers, but the ones on the walls are nearly impossible to squeeze to get anything out. There must be something better they can come up with."
