My room was very clean. There was an issue with the door lock and i was told someone would be right up and after an hour i had to go to the lobby and request a new room, which i was given right away.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is beautiful, and the marker restaurant was very good! Mowerys for breakfast didn’t disappoint the food was the best. Great. Very good shuttle service to the entire Cleveland clinic hospital campus . Room clean and comfortable and the restaurant has good selection and not overpriced for a hotel restaurant. Absolutely a go to place for the clinic.. but not real cheep but for us it was worth it.
