This hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. It is NOT handicap accessible. The showers were dirty (we had 2 rooms), the mattresses were wrapped in plastic (bedbugs? I hope not) and the plumbing leaked. The water did not get hot in the sink. I ran into other "guests" and found out they had been there 8 months and paid $800/mo. Is this a halfway house? It looked like it and felt like it. About 7:30pm the neighbor started blasting music. I had to ask it be shut off at 9:00 because we needed to be up at 6. We were there for a medical condition needing the Cleveland Clinic and this place was close and cheap. Lastly when she copied my credit card to cover any expenses, she sent it via email and then made a copy. When I asked her where the email went, she said she didn't email it and only made a copy. I'm an IT guy by profession and I know what I saw. My mistake and I will never do it again. I would suggest you don't either.
A couple of staff were nice but some weren’t!
Hotel seems run down and sketchy!
Booking will promise fridge + microwave but be warned you may not receive it.
Had to switch rooms!
2nd room had electrical issues!
Me and friends had a few personal items
Lost suspected stolen by staff by staff!
Room had mice and roaches!
Hotel staff lied about the option for later
Check-Out time!
Hotel staff were also very forceful and
rushed us to check out.
The hotel had its few upsides like being along 24/7 BRT Rapid Transit but the cons are many!
Stay at your own risk!
Not even the Hotels.com discounted rates were worth the price!
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The pictures are misleading, the rooms do not looks like that. It’s being renovated but has not been shut down for renovation, exposing customers to hazardous construction materials. The place is not cleaned daily even in the middle of a pandemic, and the front desk will tell you they’re not the billing party when you ask for a refund, but they are, and they will not pick up calls, making refunds impossible. I’m reporting this place.
Dirty ,foul smelling , just plain awful !!! Did not stay ,Desk would not refund my money, very disappointed with Hotels .com to ever advertise such a putrid site near Cleveland Clinic
Showed up to hotel with my family after driving in from michigan ..
Was not told they were hosting a group from the local homeless mission nor that they were a covid housing site!! Did not even get out of our car as all the "hanging out" around the outside of the hotel looked unsafe for our children and leaving our car parked there overnight.

Needs work
The area is nice but the hotel is the worst looking building on the block. When we drove up to the hotel, about a dozen people were lottering outside the front and side of the hotel. I did not feel comfortable or safe for my personal safety nor did I feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. The sign said 'under new management' so I assume the new owner intends to invest the money and energy into the property to elevate it's appearance and eliminate the lottering. Until then, I would not stay there.
Even though I had already paid for the night, my wife and I decided not to stay. We were intimidated by the behavior of the young people in the parking lot. We were concerned with our safety . We are not in a position to lose $75 but we weren't about to stay at a place where we didn't feel comfortable. Shame on hotels.com.
Incredibly run down and poorly maintained. Very understanding and friendly staff, but the hotel is a mess. There’s visible ceiling tiles falling down, ripped and peeling carpet and wallpaper, mold and water damage in the bathrooms, etc.
Unfortunately, they said it was under new management and undergoing renovations and to please be patient. If I had known that there would not have been a restaurant available at this site, I never would have stayed there. I would never stay there again. I must admit the price was reduced because of the inconvenience
The room had some infestation. Either bed bugs or fleas but I was bitten a lot!

Disliked: Room comfort
Poor condition
I was not expecting a high end hotel for $80 a night but it was way below standards. WiFi never worked properly, other guests were loud as they could, rooms need a desperate update- start with beddings. Heater was like an oven.
It was a roach in my room. I told the front desk, I was told they didn't have another room available. The room they said they could put me in was the party floor where they were destroying the walls. This hotel had alot of people who looked homeless and not clean.
My family and I did not stay. They did not honor the reservation and told me that I'd have to pay cash almost double rate. I hope that I didn't get charged for this. I never received a room, therefore we went to another hotel.
