My experience at FairBridge was excellent, staff, especially the Front Desk staff Shahad, he was a great help. He answered all my questions and helped us with any issue. My room was nice, neat and clean. My stay here was great, no complaints at all!

I paid $66 for a hotel room with AC, a clean bed, great water pressure, and a fridge and microwave. Plus free breakfast. Was there a huge stain on the curtain? Yes. Was the pool closed? Yes. But $66! I had paid $41 the night before for a camping spot and a shower house. Great cheap hotel option.

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of work. The hot tub is completely out of commission. Breakfast is only cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread etc. and fruit every other day. Our bathroom was unfinished, toilet was loud, and ants were crawling the walls and vanity. Most frustrating was requesting towels twice (because there weren't enough provided for a two night stay and asking for help with the ant situation and they never came up or brought towels.

Hotel was completely run down and smelled terrible. There was a fire while we were there and the fire department even mentioned they've been trying to shut it down for years. Don't stay here just sleep in your car at this point.

I had a last minute reservation for a suite. When I arrived the hotel seemed run down and dark. The lights are out by the elevators. A lot of rooms were not ready and people were waiting hours for them. My room was available. When I went up it smelled clean but when I opened the mini fridge there was a drink in there that had been left. When I poured it down the drain the sink wasn’t working. Tried to call down to the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I had to walk down to tell Lucas at the front desk. He changed my room. Second suite smelled faintly like smoke and the floor across the sink was slick and I slid. I went to call down to the front desk and the phone in that room also didn’t work. I walked down to request housekeeping in the morning. When I went back upstairs I lifted the sheet off the bed and on the flat sheet there was blood. I immediately packed and went down to check out. First a full refund was verbally accepted. Lucas at the front desk said to email Shahad the front manager. I emailed him and didn’t hear back. Expedia had to reach out to verify with the hotel that a refund was approved. When they did that it was not approved. I called the hotel to speak to the manager and he said they would charge me for the first night stay even tho I was in the hotel for 2 hours. I was frustrated but accepted it because it was better than 0 refund. I said ok thank you and he hung up on me. Extremely rude. Avoid

We were looking for a place to stay at the last minute in this hotel was available. We had no complaints about anything at the hotel and would recommend recommended to any traveling guest.

My bathroom sink didn’t drain, no fan inside bathroom so it was super humid and hot when I showered, and no good tv channels! Staff was nice, bed was comfy, was a good, quiet place to stay for a night.

This was a horrifying experience. Do not stay here! Our room was beyond disgusting, crumbs everywhere, a peeling bathtub, mold on the shower curtain, the towels were all soaking wet??? As we checked out, the staff tried to bribe us into a false 5 star review. They said if we put a 5 star review aka lying then they would take 20% off what we paid… absolutely not. Also why is every review from the last 3 weeks and nothing earlier than that? There is something seriously wrong going on at this hotel. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

The only good thing is the pool was clean. The tub in the bathroom was filthy. There was no phone in the room. In order to get In the pool You have to walk all the way to the front desk and get an Employee to let you in. Loud music playing all Saturday night. The bed linen had stains along with uncomfortable mattresses. The door to our room looked as if it was more than likely broke into. My check-in on Expedia said 3 but I wasn’t able to check in until 4. The pool hours are 12pm-8pm. The halls reeked of marijuana. Employees were smoking weed near back door. The dude at the front desk was ok, but did not try to provide accommodations at check in although my reservation said 3. He told me I would have to pay an early check in fee. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I lost my Driver's License and had 2 other forms of ID however the manager wouldn't accept them and kept stating that he had problems before and wouldn't let me check in. I had to call in law enforcement to verify my ID and the manager was still hesitant to check me in . However in the end he finally allowed me to check on after 2 hrs and when I finally got to the room the TV had no remote or microwave the coffee pot did not work and the refrigerator was barely cold and missing the knob to adjust temp. The A/C only worked on constant air at 60 degrees for if it shut down it wouldn't start again without unplugging it and waiting 30 to 45 minutes to reset. However the bed was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom and shower though a bit dated and used. It was also fairly quiet so I was able to rest well. Overall I give this place a 5 out of 10 mostly for the inconvenience of not having working ice machines and TV being dated (no smart tv) so whatever Chanel surfing you got. Also could not get a wifi signal anywhere but close to the lobby very dissatisfied customer most likely won't stay again.

I was not satisfied with the rooms some rooms did not have a refrigerator which was needed for my medicine and the one they moved us to first had mode in it was not clean at all then they move us to another room that had a mountain of ants in it. I will never stay there again you get what you paid for in every since of the word never again will l take the cheap way out again for two night left the next day and lost money, did not care just wanted to get out of there.Oh did I mention the alarm went off at 230 in the Am

Check in was quick, room was clean, and the air conditioner was on full blast. I stayed for two nights and had no issues. The pool was open and being used the entire time. There is plenty restaurants and things to do in the area.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The price was very economical and close to downtown Cleveland where we needed to be for an event. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved. They even have a complimentary continental breakfast in the mornings which was a pleasant surprise. The attached restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed several dinners as well as drinks there which was so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and suggest it to anyone that needs to be in the Cleveland area.
