I booked for an overnight stay due to A power outage. My room that was assigned had A broken shower. The water wouldn’t even come on at all. The lady behind the front desk moved me immediately to another room once I advised her which was great. However there was A dirty rag in the tub with red stuff all on it which appeared to be maybe hair dye. I chose not to even say anything about it as I was tired and me and my family just wanted to shower and get to bed. Breakfast was terrible the eggs were not edible and we were not able to get waffles due to A large group of kids literally A woman was making waffles for 45 minutes for almost 20 kids. Other than that no complaints. Staff was great that I interacted with.

The property is in a good location in Solon the front desk staff was very nice. …and that’s about all it has going for it. This hotel was dirty bordering on filthy. We were given dirty sheets for the hideaway bed. There was a clump of long black hair in the tub. The chairs had crusty stuff all over them. Not once did we see any housekeeping staff. There were cookie or cracker crumbs in the hallway when we arrived. Three days later, those same crumbs were still in the doorway. We ended up checking out two days early to find somewhere else to stay because of the lack of cleanliness. We wouldn’t stay in a Homewood Suites again.

Was great during the week while business travelers were occupying the property. When the weekend came it was loud, crazy, and hate to say it the demographic changed to a more raucous and urban crowd. Two thumbs up to the night desk girls Briana, and Veronica in the day- she was fantastic. Maid cleaned the room one day.

The hotel is very run down with minimal modern upgrades. Upon checking in, my first initial room had dirty floors, tables, a huge stain on the kitchen seat, dingy bed sheets and pillow cases, and lastly the shower had mold buildup around the soap holders and faucet. I requested a room change via the front desk and they were able to thankfully accommodate me to another room. My second room looked much cleaner and updated. Which makes me think, why provide that type of room to any customer in the first place with such major areas in need of immediate renovations. I travel 2-3 weeks per month for work and have stayed at every hotel imaginable. This was definitely a bad experience and I will sadly not be booking this location on any of my future work trips to the Ohio area.

They don’t make the beds, change the towels if you stay there for more than one night. A parently they have a staffing shortage. What should happen is the government agencies look at who’s on welfare and tell them there’s a job for them.

I wish Hilton would invest into this property to get it to match the quality of modern hotels. This building shows its age, I have been coming to this hotel yearly since 2010 and it looks mostly the same as then. The shorthanded staff here are excellent with the 5 stars going to the breakfast staff for the service they provide although the food is only 3 star at best. The lowest stars go to the lack of attention your room receives during your stay. The room was very clean and serviced upon arrival, however three days/nights staying there was no other service provided. Full trash bags that was left in the hallway in the afternoon was not picked up until the next morning.

the room assignements. I asked 3x if we could be on the same floor a week before arrival and When we checked in we thought lady say she couldnt do it once we went online to see if rooms were sold out and they werent , we went back down and anoither young lady immediatley put us on the same floor. One of the rooms had dirty sheets and floor was sticky made it aware at front desk and say the manager would look into it and give a discount but when we checked out they say a manger not in & their's nothing they can do? Very disappointing

They’re was a guy who checked me in Christmas night who was rude and after I came back at about 12 am to go to my room with my family to find I needed Clean bed linen because my duvet was badly stained with yellow stains and the sleeper sofa had no linens.I went to the front desk to get some and he came from the back very upset as if I’d a waken him from sleep then I ask for an extra blanket he slapped his thigh and shouted OMG at me I was a bit nervous and taken back.

We stopped here on our journey to Kentucky to visit family surprised about this facility! The bed was amazing as was the breakfast rooms are very clean no issues I would definitely stay here again whenever I could! It was ok.
It was ok. We are locals and my daughter wanted to swim for her bday. Check in was good quick and easy. Room was cheap except there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. At bed time my daughters used the pull out sofa. One side of the bed was broken and sunk on that side. Then noticed there was no bedding for it. Called down to desk no answer multiple times. Went down there and found the receptionist sleep on the couch in front of the fireplace. Smh then she argues that all the rooms has bedding and only gave me a sheet said that’s all age can do. I probably won’t stay here again. Will go to one on chagrin instead

Night attendant seemed unhappy with her life choices. I tried to call the front desk for extra pillows, and no one picked up. Called numerous times. Nothing. Utensils seemed like it was used and just returned to the drawers without cleaning. And the extra comforter for the sofa bed was just balled up like it has been used and not replaced with a clean one. I've never been so disgusted with a Homewood Suites before. And I'll probably think about staying at one again.

Should have read the most recent reviews..we had mold in the bath tub, holes in the wall, splatter stains on walls/kitchen cabinets, filthy pots and pans in the cabinets, sticky floors. Not the kind of place you would want to bring your child. Thankfully the manager gave us a partial refund so we could go stay somewhere else.

Disappointing accommodations.
Starting with check, stood waiting to be acknowledged even though not busy because couldn’t check in and obtain a digital key. The furniture was tattered, the bedding and towels were dingy and in need of replacing with new ones one at least use some bleach. At almost $200.00 per night really not worth it. Didn’t feel real good about the space if I had been alone would not have stayed. Will not be staying at any Homestead again. Very surprised that this is a Hilton property.

The stay and the staff were very nice and welcoming. They were professional and were able to answer any questions that we had. The property was very clean, quiet and just nice to stay at. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean as well as the entire room. The rooms were way bigger than I expected. Plenty of room. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, dinning table, family room, huge bedroom and bathroom. I will definitely return next year.

Very nice suite, separated areas made it feel like an apartment. Very clean, friendly staff, variety of breakfast choices including omelettes, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, fruit, danish. Room 308 needs a little help as the fire extinguisher sprinkler leaks a small portion. No shampoo, luckily had my own. Very sound proof rooms, and black out drapes were great! Local area has great shops in beachwood, and easy access to casino. Overall very nice!

We have stayed here many times and been satisfied. This time was awful. The couch was so old and lumpy, sleeper sofa was broken and couldn't use. The king bed was so loud and uncomfortable that everytime anyone moved everyone woke up. The tub needs updating badly. We will be looking for another place next time to stay.
