I had a pleasant stay here. The property is old and dated but the staff keeps it very clean. My room was comfortable and very clean despite the dings in the furniture and an area of carpet that was worn and frayed. The bathroom sink wasn't draining but maintenance fixed it quickly. Excellent location for shopping (Crocker Park is close by) and many places for dining.

We reserved wheelchair accessible room and got in and ready for bed and curtain was automated and broken so shade would not come down. So they moved us but new room was not wheel chair accessible and made it very difficult for us

Did not get the room I reserved. Reserved double queen, got a king with an uncomfortable pull out. Phone didn't work. Had to go back to front desk to get linens for pull out. Room was supposed to have frig and microwave, no microwave. Room newly remodeled and too cramped. When we checked in, the clerk at the desk said " well we have to put you on the fifth floor, we just got a new roof,so we are hoping it doesn't leak "

The Hampton Inn in Westlake has a good location and good price point. The buildings look like they have been updated but still look well used. Staff are friendly and safe location to walk to nearby shopping.
