The room had a musty smell and on one of the beds my bf killed which looked to be a bed bug. I don’t like to complain so i did not say anything to the people at the desk.

Amazing water pressure in the shower. Staff was amazing! Cleaning staff gets points for not making the bed when we left our laptop on it. I appreciate the precaution. They gave us fresh towels daily and took out the trash. They’re awesome!!

Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke when we checked in. However, they had some spray that helped a lot. I didn’t know when I booked this room that the room doors opened to the outside. I wouldn’t have chosen this. The people here were great, though, which really means a lot.

The price was half of the surrounding hotels!! Since we just pretty much sleep there, it was a great price!! The free breakfast was waffles ,eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and some muffins. Not an IHOP, but their was one of those down the street if you want to pay $$$

First room we had was dirty and had Roaches. And had to fight to get a different room. They have a policy about getting a refund or change of room within the first 10 minutes.

What i liked about the hotel in the area was all the restaurants and shops were very close by. Easy access this hotel has to have the best hot water for taking showers and i really mean that the best. Maybe a little better breakfast selection could have been better. Other then that i would come back again

Seemed clean. Bed was worn out. Carpeting was worn out also. Thought baymont was a better quality motels. It was cheap. You get what you pay for.

Our one night stay was straight forward. The room was clean, the TV worked well. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The only issue I had was the fact that there was no ice in the entire motel. I have medicine that needs to be kept cool and I need to put ice in a cooler when we are travelling.

Pretty decent for a 2.5-star hotel. If it weren't so expensive to travel to Chattanooga, i wouldn't have booked this place. It's basically a ghetto motel that they cleaned as best they could. It DOES appear renovated, which is a plus. Expedia gives great room deals, also a plus. But it's average at best.

Good spot to stop.
This motel has been updated and we found it to be clean and a pleasant place to stay. It’s pet friendly but they don’t tell you or advertise that there is a $40 fee for pets. We don’t mind that there’s a fee but they should list that on their booking site.

Decent stay
Room was very clean when we arrived, but no one asked if we needed extra towels or anything, and no cleaning of the room for our four day trip thankfully we always carry cleaning supplies on our trips so we kept it clean

The lobby area was dwcorated and looked nice. The desk clerk was not overly friendly. Got to room to fi d wet, uswd towels waddwd up intub and used bottles of shampoo and conditioner on vanity with lids flipped open. I went to front desk to ask for clean stuff and he told me to bring the dirty stuff to the officeand hed replace. REALLY? Ni other customers and he was totally unhelpful. Did hace a couple hot items for breakfast which was nice. Room carpet was stained and filthy.

Where to start…the pool photo is stock and looks nothing like what’s on site. The site advertised a gym, it was closed. The room reeked and it was slightly above bearable to sleep in. Mold in the bathroom. Although the staff was warm and welcoming, they are clearly overwhelmed. The reception area was unkempt. Breakfast was average at best. The hotel had no complimentary water nor a working water fountain. The only ice machine in the alleyway was inoperable. The hotel cost for 3 nights was relatively cheap, but the experience still wasn’t worth the price.

Breakfast was bad. My first room was smoke filled so I requested another room. Overall cleanliness was very bad even though the room was fairly clean. I will not stay here again unless there are some major changes to the property.
