"This is my go-to hotel in Lawrence. Always clean, very friendly and helpful staff, quiet hotel and location. Highly recommend!"

"Laundry was not good. Backed up drain and sewer smell was the result. Did not even bother trying the dryer because of all the water on the floor. Did not want to get my shoes even wetter. Accessible room was only outfitted with a single grab bar in the skippery tub area which was the only concession to 'accessible'. Also a sewer smell in the room. Condition of the property was below average. Maid service was only twice in a week's stay, again an unacceptible situation as trash was overflowing."

"For an older hotel, it has been updated and well kept. My room was large and comfortable. I had forgot how small the bathroom doorways used to be - this one was 28”. Also, the toilet was maybe 14” high. I had to laugh. Staff were friendly. The breakfast had cheese egg omelets, sausage, hash browns, yogurt machine with 3 toppings, fruit, juices, bagels, muffins, danish and a wonderful coffee machine that made around 15+ coffee types. Very nice. The best thing was the hotel was very quiet, even with 2 floors of kids ball teams over the weekend!! Easy on/off bypass 435."

"This was my favorite hotel on my 2 week journey! Clean and spacious room. All staff were very hospitable. Great price. Disappointed hot tub was broken, but things happen. Breakfast choice good."

"I liked that the wrist bands were good for enrty into room and all activities including charges to room . Was nice not to carry a room card or wallet"

"The room was clean, but there were several patches on the walls and the bathroom looked beat up. We went down for breakfast and there were waffles, toast, muffins, and yogurt. The waffle batter or butter was old. The muffins were not good. The air conditioning was good."
