"This was a last minute booking due to a missed connection so I was not expecting much. The welcome at reception was exceptional. ALL staff were very friendly and professional with me and other guests. Twice, I saw staff greet regulars by name. But the best surprise was the room. It was PERFECT. Very comfortable, clean, great shower, lots of outlets for charging devices, and great coffee in the room. Westin nailed it!"

"This hotel is top tier. The room was well kept and the house keeping team did a phenomenal job at keeping the room clean and furnished with clean towels. I was impressed from the moment I stepped foot onto the pavement. The conceirge team was impressionable, courtesy and polite. Having the food court attached as well as the outside shopping center was a plus. You did not have to travel far for food. Just rememeber that everywhere is cashless. I enjoyed my stay and my family who lives in Georgia was impressed with the hotel as well. I will be back and as a Hilton Honors member this hotel will be added to the top of my list."
