"Our stay at the Mandeville was outstanding. The main reason for this was the concierge, Said. He helped me so much, especially with my wheelchair, recommendations, hailing taxis, and anticipating my needs as I am mobility challenged. He's worth the stay there! The rest of the staff was also efficient and friendly, the hotel is nicely located close to everything, and the room was very clean. I'll stay there anytime I'm in London!"

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed.
