"Property did not meet advertisement standards. Bedding was not clean, bathtub was rusted, AC was extremely loud and did not cool the room well. After traveling 8 hours, coming into such conditions to rest was overwhelming and disappointing, especially with such overpricing. I have stayed in better for less. Not being able to acquire a refund is the worst part, because I literally ended my trip to return home to get rest which defeatedthe purposehave gettinga room, and to still be charged is...

"Booked two nights, barely made it through night one and cancelled the second one. Small tv didn’t work, room felt gross, hallways and stairwells even worse. Just a super uncomfortable unpleasant experience all around."

"I was not satisfied. The rooms were not clean. Hair in the sink, fridge was not plugged in, coverletts on top of beds were dirty, bathtub was clogged, floors were dirty, shower head sprayed everywhere. "

"Walked in to a room where there was no lingering smoke smell. Plush bath towel provided."

"We had to leave very early but the breakfast area looked good. This motel has no elevator! Could be a major problem for some folks. Only 2 floors but if you are on floor 2, it’s stairs all the way. Ice maker not working on floor 2. Would be considerate to notify guests before they get upstairs then have to return for ice. Very difficult to communicate with desk clerk who has heavy accent. No Wi-Fi? Not sure never found the password."

"We ended up leaving and losing all our money as the hotel would not refund us. There were dead bugs all over the room, the sheets were thread bare and looked extremely old and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had prior water damage and was cracked and peeling as well. The carpet was stained… overall the building was in extreme disrepair. None of us felt comfortable laying down on the beds or setting our belonging on the floor. "
