"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The level of service truly stood out—whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or any other team member, they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. "The property stated it had a rooftop fireplace. Which attracted me to the property. But it was not a fireplace . I asked the lady at the front desk. She stated check on the 7th floor. There wasn't a rooftop fireplace. This needs to be removed from part of the amenities. "

"For a Hyatt Place in the nice part of Baltimore that this was located, it felt worlds away from what I was hoping for or expecting. Lots of things either broken or unhinged, unfriendly staff, were always lacking what I was looking for and just overall not great "

"The room was great, spacious and clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We could’ve used an iron. "

"Bar did not have basic amenities including fries, and a variety of drink options. Bartender had to put a sticky note and redline items not available on the menu. This puts a shame to the Hilton brand. The bartender made me a drink that cost $17 and it was insulting to be charged that price since the bartender had absolutely no idea what she was doing. "
