"The staff was the best thing about our stay. They were kind and always helpful! The property itself had a lot of small repairs that need to be done. The wallpaper in the rooms is warped and installed incorrectly. Our bathroom faucet was loose. The walls in our room were dirty with luggage marks. They also had a shortage of towels. The pool was great! The gym facility was also great. I would stay here again but I hope ownership decides to maintain the rooms in better shape."

"The staff made the experience great overall โ everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance guys. The hotel was definitely in a transitional state, though. The first room they put us in literally had wet carpet from a leaking AC. The room we finally got into was okay, but the toilet leaked onto the floor the whole trip, and we needed to get staff to let us into the rooms because they couldnโt make us a key (the machine was broken). Overall, I would say that the rooms were way too expensive for the experience that we had."
