"First time at Sandals Ochi and it amazing.We had no complaints at all about anything. Rooms were very clean, spa was amazing, excursion staff were very helpful and the loyalty desk was amazing "

"Only half of the resort was open, and the Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work throughout our stay. The rooms weren’t cleaned well; there were stains on the pillowcases, and the pull-out couch still had a used alcohol bottle inside. One of the drawers even had hair inside. At one point, a housekeeper came into our room while we were on the balcony to ask if it needed cleaning. The restaurants weren’t the best either; the food was good, but it always ran out. "
