"The staff were super nice we got upgraded for free to the highest floor. I Love Expedia it was quick easy and simple me and my friend just randomly decided to stay in Ottawa and it took us 5 minutes for the booking. Quick, simple and easy. Always looking back to book soon!"

"The hotel was very clean. It's obviously an older building, but the rooms have been renovated recently. They are very clean and modernized. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definately look at this hotel again when visiting Ottawa. Great value!"

"Great hotel for families, lots of activities onsite. Cozy reception area with log fire. Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was a little dated and could use an upgrade for sure, but enjoyed the charm of it nonetheless. The brunch was excellent. The only downside was the pool area and pool water was cold, I did not enjoy it. It didn’t bother my kids though. "
