It was in okay condition, the carpet was worn and dirty looking, the mattress was hard, the building looked fairly old and run down. The staff was amazing, very nice. The outside was very well landscaped. The breakfast was nicely presented and clean area. The nearby neighborhood was somewhat like a junkyard, but that’s not the hotels fault. The bathroom had half of the lights burned out, and the room was very very dark, it was hard to do my makeup. Bring a light. The pillows were excellent and the sheets seemed clean and fresh. It was bug free and quiet. Probably the best place in town, so there’s that.

Breakfast was not bad. Biscuits and gravy was good. Egg omelets good, and coffee not too shabby. Elevator was not working upon arrival. But they got it up by next day. Hard to get some towels for a time. Was okay place.

This hotel is gross. Ceiling tiles about to fall out due to multiple water leaks. Indoor pool is out of order, bathrooms out of order downstairs. Side exit door (emergency exit) is out of order. So many out of order signs everywhere. Room was not cleaned well and not keep up with at all. Breakfast was actually decent and workers were nice.

Great place!
The room was great, the beds were amazing, the bathroom had amazing soaps! Breakfast was phenomenal!! The only bad thing is that their elevator was/is out and estimated will be out for at least another week. Which out us on the 4th floor. Normally, I wouldn't have minded, but my mom was accompanying me, and she has a problem with balance. We were worned that the elevator was broken, but were hoping that they could have moved us down. Lastly, I appreciate the document i received at check out noting i was there because it was a business trip and am required to have a "receipt " for tax purposes. I had recently been denied one at a previous place.

Friendly Staff but Disappointing
I want to say that all staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant, which I appreciate and makes me hate to give this review. I understand that things happen, but the elevators were broken both nights we stayed, which meant lugging heavy luggage up and down the stairs for check-in/check-out. Again, I understand things break, it's just one of those things that took away from the positives. The breakfast options did look good, although we did not eat there. The most disappointing thing was the cleanliness of the carpeting throughout the entire hotel. Carpeting at one of the exit doors on the first floor was largely and badly stained, likely by rain water leaking in. Stains here and there in the hallways. The worst though, was the bad stains on the carpet in our room. Some smaller red stains near the lounger chair and larger, darker circular stains in between the bed and chair. It just made the room feel dirty and I would expect these are minor issues that can easily be addressed. This property has a lot of potential; hopefully these things can be cleared up.

Awesome experience! I rarely give 10/10 on reviews, but this place earned it. Clean, comfortable, quiet, good location, great breakfast, and staff were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were very excited to get away for a weekend to Claremore, OK. We were excited for the indoor pool and it turns out it was green, DARK green. The receptionist said it was a "little green" which was far from the truth and a BIG disappointment. Also our refrigerator had ice cream in it. :(

All good except…
Good experience, staff was nice and food was good. Bathtub had weird looking stain, that is only issue and everything else was very good.

Camode bowl had not been cleaned or was used after someone had access to the room. BM stuck on both sides of bowl with one side having about an inch size piece attached. Rim of bowl also dirty! The rest of room & bathroom towels, etc were undisturbed! So tired after traveling that we reported this issue to front desk the next morning

We were staying at the property when the power went out...it seems to me that a business that is as nice and successful as yours could spend some money and purchase a generator since your in tornado alley.

Shower with boots on.
Everything was great until the shower on the second floor would not drain. At the end of your shower you had 3 inches of water and hair balls were floating back into the tub. Everything else was above satisfactory.
