"Galway is a large city. The hotel is down a small alley, not one you can drive down and drop off your bags. I had messaged the property about parking but had no idea where to go. A little directions would have been helpful. I double parked on the road to drop off my bags, visiting from the states, I was in a panic as to where to go. "Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Bar/Restaurant sehr gut, dennoch Gesamturteil schrecklich, weil das Zimmer unerträglich heiß war und es bis auf einen Mini-Ventilator keinerlei Kühlung gab, Fenster ließ sich nur minimal öffnen. Folglich nachts Temperaturen weit über 30 Grad bei Außentemperaturen von Anfang 20 Grad. Da sind Löcher in den Handtüchern und ausgeleierte Betten schon fast zu vernachlässigen. Dieses Hotel hat pro Nacht gut 330€ gekostet und der Komfort wäre nicht mal die Hälfte...

"the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed. The wifi didn't work and there is no front desk so you have to text on whatsapp, but staff never responded despite many attempts. def do not stay here unless youre looking for a hostel vibe"
