"Staff was helpful, but it did not say no one under 21 on premises. That is the casino policy that is also hotel policy. This info should be very clear on Expedia. Luckily the manager let me cancel 1 of 2 rooms. "

"The check in was super easy and the staff was courteous. My husband and I double checked the room we were given - it was clean, bug free, no strange smells, A/C worked really well, and the bathroom faucets had good water pressure. My only complaints: some of the tv channels did not work and the tv had delays picking up tv remote inputs. However, those things were very minor inconveniences and did not have an impact on our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was really nice and met expectations."
