"Fantastic venue with very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. My room was huge and well fitted out, with the exception of missing a kettle to make tea in the room. The room had a lovely outlook. The included breakfast was first class with a wide range of options. The onsite bar and restaurant offered high quality food options at a range of prices. Would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced for the high quality of the experience. "

"The staff were so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and truly magnificent. We were in Shannon for a dear friends funeral and while that was very difficult the staff made it so much easier. Carrygerry country house is so beautiful, it is cosy, the mattress and pillows were so comfortable and the room was spotless. Their attention to detail was second to none. I would stay here again in a heart beat, very well done to all the team, this is hospitality at its finest !! "

"The room was really well appointed, well housekept, the staff was always friendly, helpful and attentive and the restaurant did an outstanding job. I ate there every night for 4 nights. Mauve and Magda were above and beyond friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. A couple of things: the rooms were too warm for me even with window open and thermostat turned all the way down, I’m not sure why but I have trouble sleeping unless it’s blanket temp. Also, the room coffee isn’t the greatest, I prefer a Kurig type service. But, as I’ve said, great hotel in an excellent location. Loved the small town, didn’t feel “touristic.” "
