Stayed for 2 nights. Recommend the hotel. Staff are exceptional. The sea is literally across the road, unfortunately our lovely room was at the back, so no sea view, but didn't spoil our stay. Would definitely go back.

Room had no central heating,only a oil fired radiator Bathroom underfloor heating only in middle of day, nowhere to put any items in bathroom and poor lighting and no drinking water for kettle. Plug sockets could only do kettle or radiator and no socket for lamp by bed. Very basic room,towels too ...

Great place for a weekend stay.
Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away.

Nice to visit despite pouring of rain. Ended up in Walton on the Naze for the rest of our visit, lovely there.
