"The facility is very basic. Room 124 was clean. It had been poorly maintained: The bathroom door was hanging on its hinges and would not close; the outside door did not close reliably; there was a piece of medal from the bed frame laying on the floor and occasionally poking out to be a trip factor or other injury to staff or guests. The breakfast room was inviting, sometimes had a good selection of cold food choices and provided a toaster. However, it was not kept up or supervised. It often lacked utensils. I saw a guy drive up and come in and load up and leave. He may or may not have been a guest. If you got there early, the water for tea would be tepid; if you got there later, the choices of bagels, etc. would be meager. You have to haul your luggage up and down stairs. There are no elevators or ramps."

"I won’t stay here again. We have stayed here several times in the past while visiting family and had a good stay. This time was not. It took half an hour (at 3:30 in the afternoon) for anyone to show up to check us in. And when they did they were barely friendly. One of our rooms was still dirty and not clean. It took them hours to get it ready for us. We had reservations and knew we were coming. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. If the rooms had not been on my credit card already I would’ve found a new place to stay."

"Con: Room was so tight on space, said it was remodeled but rusty electrical plug boxes, cracked sink, etc No ice machine - have to request ice from the desk and they give it out sparingly in a pre- made bag. The office closes at 10 pm and after that you can't get anything. There was jumping/thumping in room above which I mentioned to the office. It continued. Tv was hard to work as it kept going to wrong input. Requires a $50 deposit even though I had already pre-paid for the room through Expedia. Pet area had old nasty pet waste dried on it (artificial turf). We took the dogs elsewhere. Pro: no charge for the first two dogs"

"Sadly this property is dated, tired, and in need of an overhaul. The floor was uneven, sliding door to the balcony didn’t , tv service was down, and the room smelled of mildew. That is just a sample. Staff were nice enough and location is great. No area in the bathroom (pedestal sink) to put my makeup and skincare. I do not recommend."
