"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "

Check in experience is terrible I have to check in at a different place since the number provided in Expedia was inccoect number. "Everything was great, except the bathroom. All the staff were polite and helpful, and even gave us extra amenities without being asked. There was an issue with the shower, that is there seems to be a wide gap between the shower door and the floor so the water could overflow. Overall, the stay was comfortable."
