"La chambre était jolie en soi, mais donnait sur un parking, quand j'aurais espéré quelque chose de plus rural - "c'est la chambre que vous avez réservée", a juste dit la dame de l'accueil quand j'ai fait la moue. Un peu au-dessus des cuisines du café, aussi. Bref, un peu déçu, d'autant que les horaires sont contraignants (pour le check-in, la dégustation, le café, le jardin...), ce qui rend le séjour moins relax - et le restaurant, certes pas mauvais, se la joue un peu."

"Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. We spent some days exploring the area and seeing some of the nearby towns and relaxing at La Nussa. La Nussa was wonderful. The property is beautiful. The pool allowed us to cool off on hot days. Our hosts were wonderful. They made us feel welcome and cared for. It is obvious that they enjoy hosting and caring for people. The hosts had suggestions for sights to see nearby and places to eat. The rooms were clean and cooled by AC. If we ever return to...

"We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****"

"Hotel reception was outstanding. Floors and bathroom were dirty. Shower was very uncomfortable. Water Temperature control was terrible. It constantly shifted from extremely hot to cold. Air conditioning was a farse. The coolest the room temperature ever reached was 27.3 centigrades. Never reported any of these issues because we stayed a couple of nights and were out all day and really just came back to sleep. One last thing: Parking in parking lot #8 is a challenge for any midsize vehicle....
