Muy cerca de Cala Blanca

Apartamento con todo lo necesario, lo único que faltaría es que el estropajo y el limpiaplatos lo incluyeran. Falta de insonorización, se escuchaba todo. Sin tranquilidad debido al hotel de al lado, siempre se escuchaba música hasta las 23h. Muy cerca de Cala Blanca, a 2 minutos andando, con restaurantes y supermercados cercanos.

Pretty good

Great location for the beach and easy walk to bars and restaurants. No so good if your not a fan of loud entertainment from next door hotel. Nice quiet pool area always a bed. Rooms cleaned every two days. For sea views get a third floor room.

C'est la deuxième année que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est très bien et la situation est idéale, à 50 m. de la plage. L'appartement est tout à fait correct, avec un bon équipement et un balcon avec une belle vue si vous êtes au 3ème étage. A recommander.

avevo prenotato un appartamentino in questo residence ma mi sono ritrovata con una villetta su due piani con piscina privata e 5 posti letti ma eravamo solo in due Credo sia stata solo una fortunatissima coincidenza ma per noi è stato fantastico!

Buonissimo soggiorno

Appartamenti spaziosi, in un contesto molto carino. Dotati di un bel terrazzino, con tavolo, sedie e stendino. Ventilatori perfettamente funzionanti, ma nella prima settimana di luglio era molto ventilato e non c'era bisogno di accenderli. Cucina con poche dotazioni. Appartamento regolarmente pulito ogni 2 giorni, con cambio della biancheria e degli asciugamani. Ottima disponibilità dell'host. Bella la piscina, davvero vicino al mare (circa 2 minuti a piedi). Nelle vicinanze molti ristoranti e un paio di supermercati, a pochi metri uno studio medico e la farmacia.Unica nota negativa: la vicinanza con l'Hotel Mediterrani, che fa intrattenimento musicale ogni sera all'aperto dalle 21 alle 23 ed è come averli dentro casa...

Basic

L'appartamento è semplice: una cucina con tavolo e divano, una camera con due letti singoli (con comodino in mezzo), un bel bagno ampio; c'è anche un terrazzino comodo che funge da ingresso. C'è il clima ma opera solo in camera da letto, ci sono anche due ventilatori da soffitto e sinceramente raramente abbiamo patito il caldo. La dotazione della cucina è veramente essenziale. Ci è mancato il wifi, che comunque non era previsto nell'offerta; la tv riceve solo 4 canali in tutto (1 in italiano), fortunatamente non era una priorità. Il parcheggio è possibile sulla strada adiacente, senza problemi. Ogni due giorni l'appartamento veniva pulito e venivano cambiate lenzuola ed asciugamani, molto apprezzato. La spiaggia è vicina (200 m), ma sull'isola c'è molto di meglio; anche la zona offre poco, qualche locale e pochi negozi, l'auto è una necessità (oppure ci si può servire delle linee bus, la fermata è proprio sotto casa).

Estancia correcta, el único problema que el hotel de enfrente cada tarde-noche hacian espectáculos y musica en directo al aire libre y con el volumen muy alto lo que te impedia poder escuchar la televisión si estabas en el apartamento y solían acabar entre las 11 /12 de la noche, viajabamos con un bebe y a veces nos era imposible ponerlo a dormir a su hora del ruido que había

Tutto positivo!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita. Possibilità di fare colazione e pranzare nel ristorante del residence. Posizione strategica per visitare l'isola, in particolare le bellissime spiagge del sud ovest e del nord. Vicinissimo a ciutadella, cittadina molto animata la sera.

Unico pregio l'ampiezza dell'appartamento e del grande terrazzo. Poco pulito, vecchiotto, essendo in una struttura staccata impossibile trovare qlc nella reception per comunicare al mattino o la sera. nel complesso abbastanza scarso.

Je recommande,hôtel tout à fait acceptable

Accueil agréable à l arrivée avec présentation de l île par Andrea. Entrée de l appartement inhabituelle par le balcon! Petite invasion de fourmis 3ème étage sans ascenseur,on réfléchit bien avant de descendre car dur à monter avec la chaleur du mois d'août. Très mal insonorisé surtout si vous avez des voisins qui rentrent en pleine nuit et qui continuent de faire la fête à l appartement! Appartement propre dans l ensemble mais dommage qu il n y ait pas de place pr ranger ses affaires,seulement 13 cintres pour 2 et pas d'étagères,quand on vient une semaine on garde tout dans la valise!pas possible de s'installer comme à la maison! Des patins sous pieds de table et chaises ne seraient vraiment pas de trop,un bac à glaçon dans freezer. Le nettoyage de la piscine devrait être régulier ttes les heures car feuillage flottant qui donne aspect sale.Piscine agréable quand même,peu de monde. Location de voiture sur place tarif plus intéressant que les grandes compagnies. Restaurant pas cher sur place également. Jolie Petite station calme et agréable mais Cala Blanca à 2 pas surpeuplée au mois d'août. 1030€ la semaine à 2, cher!
