"Very clean property and nice room. You have to be very close with your partner as there is only a curtain to the bathroom. Kitchen facilities and drinking water was useful. Location is brilliant too, 15min walk from the beach buses and you're a 5-10min walk from the port. Sadly you can hear EVERY noise in the hotel, all conversations. It'll depend on guests but quite a few came in late. People are allowed to smoke in the little front porch which is trapped in the hotel and is noisy for anyone...

"We had an amazing time here! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (reception giving great info about the area, booking taxis, great bar staff at the pool, friendly cleaning staff). The room was clean and very spacious (2 bed standard apartment( and had a lovely balcony). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. "We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting with him. We were able to walk to the old town, restaurants, and markets easily. The ferry from Barcelona was an easy 20 minute walk, and the bus to Mahon was about about 8 minutes away. We look forwarding to visiting again in the future."
