"This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). The kicthen was perfection (clean and stocked with everything). Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows. "Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"The property condition is poor, water leaked on the ground floor and in the hallway of 4th floor. There were signs of water damage everywhere and in the room floor. The elevator is extremely slow and there’s only 1. Two positive points: water pressure was very good and decent gym."

"Breakfast was good. Bar was good. Staff was great. Only problem I had was nobody body soap little shampoo, little conditioner in the shower the staff that cleans the rooms don’t pay attention to how they are."

"No working elevator. Had to switch rooms because the keys weren’t working on our reserved room. So up and down and up and down. No ice in the ice machine on the second floor…so up and down and up and down. Still charged full price though. Oh…and the toilet was leaking from the bottom."

"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."

"The room was nice and quiet. We went in February so the grounds were not green or blooming, but it was still a beautiful location to spend our Anniversary. The food was outstanding. "

"Not recommended,place was terrible no staff was available, no where to be found ,place smell bad , dirty people drinking in property tv , phone not working parking lot was dark homeless people walking all over the property. To top it off the hotel power went off completely while other areas had power . Ended up checking out and struggled to find another hotel."

"We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...
