"The staff were good, the breakfast was very good. Plenty of food options & cooked full breakfast was unlimited. The property is old & run down, it has a Rottnest charm about it but needed upgrading years ago. The room was maintain at a reasonable standard but the dark, dirty looking uneven slate floors would be hard to clean. The worst area was the downstairs outside area, cobweb & dirt on screen door & all around outside area. Dirty outside furniture. All for $250 a night. Never stay again"

Staff that helped me check in was very friendly & helpful, Sorry I forgot to take down the name of the staff.
Room was clean and the beds are comfortable. Just the room is slightly smaller compare to the other hotel with the same rate, maybe because I booked for family room. Other than that, all are excellent.
