"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. "De personeel was super aardig bij het inchecken en gaven ons handige tips over het vervoer en plekken om te zien van Zagreb. Het is 10-15 minuten met de tram naar het centrum. De parkeerplaats is achter het gebouw en dat maakt het veiliger. Verder was de kamer nieuw, schoon en ruim om in te verblijven. Al met al is het een goede accomodatie om in te verblijven in Zagreb. "

    "Perfectly located with a great view of the main square, the Trg. (Could be slightly noisy, so ask if you prefer a quieter room). Very central by the old town. Near the cannon & St Mark's Church & the amazing street with all the restaurants, pubs & coffee shops (highly recommended!) Very comfy room & great shower, nice breakfast, lounge & friendly staff. Loved Zagreb! (And Dubrovnik too where the hotel is named after!)"
