"Had a reservation. Upon arrival no room was available. We were told a guaranteed room by 4 pm. At 530 pm room was STILL not available. Needless to say we didn't stay. Lack of communication was very disappointing. Good luck and happy travels"

"We have stayed a few times, all times were great except this one. Seems like it’s going downhill as we stayed a few years ago. Front desk clerk checking in was short answered, seemed annoyed to even exist really. TVs were nice for nothing, couldn’t connect to the hotels own WiFi. The cable tv offered was a flash back to 2005 dish cable. Honestly I think the video quality back then was better than what was received. Door was falling off the hinges, dressers not anchored for child safety, fridge was leaking water inside and last thing they put the thermostat directly under the mini split air outlet. The thermostat was programmed to only go down to 66, well if the mini split blows 20degees cooler than room temp and the thermostat is underneath it it’ll read 66 before the rest of the room does. Pregnant wife not happy sleeping hot. Room was clean for the most part. "

"The Plantation was hit pretty hard by the hurricane and they are trying hard to make it nice again. "

"Dirty, A lot of homeless hanging outside, smells like pot was being smoked all over. Sheets were dirty and room was dirty. We left after 2 minutes and felt very unsafe with a child there for a overnight."

"Parking was safe and easy. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean, very nice size rooms. Minus a star for not very sound proof between rooms. "
