"The property was pretty secured and clean. I like that cameras were all over in the common areas, and the property was well lit. All staff members were courteous…front desk clerks, food service staff, and housekeeping staff. This may have been the best Home2 we stayed at."

The breakfast was average for a hotel that price and we ate there the four mornings, the pool looked nice, even though we didn’t use it. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We had a couple of requests and they fulfilled them in no time. It was a short family vacation and we would consider staying there again."

"I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels."

"We have been staying here for many years. It’s comfortable and convenient but is beginning to look and feel “used”. There was some mold in the bathroom, we had no hot water for showering our last morning ….. the front desk said that they would notify maintenance about the water but we were on our way so don’t know if issue got corrected promptly or not. Breakfast is good, fair selection and atmosphere friendly."

"The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable until we found a large old toenail clipping in our bed and a live Cockroach on our tub! I showed the manager both and her response was, she would be happy to make an adjustment to our bill (which she never did) and her comment about the cockroach was “hey, it’s the south”! “ there are cockroaches in the south”. Which is kind of cocky and presumptuous on her part! I live in Florida and I’ve never had any cockroaches on my home or tub!"

"You really have to be desperate to stay here. In poor repair, dirty, poor tv reception. You’d never expect it as the lobby and breakfast area are updated. However, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure/shower was good."

"I used the indoor pool every evening. Breakfast was great each morning. Was disappointed that the washer/dryer area was removed."

"Staff were all excellent, no complaints at all. First room had toilet running all the time, I fixed that myself. Two lights needed bulbs replaced, I arranged that. The ceiling was peeling stucco, there was a general air of poor maintenance. We had problems with the key system, which we thought was fixed, after we reported it, however upon returning to the room after dinner we could not get in. This was about 7:30, the staff took about 30 minutes to gain entry then could not get the lock to work...

"The staff was super friendly and kind. The room was clean. It was unfortunate that the shower drained excruciatingly slow, which caused it to fill the bathtub, but we didn't know that until late into the night due to traveling and didn't want to cause a fuss. Breakfast was amazing."

" 5/5 Excellent This is a five star hotel if you want to experience late capitalism in the southern US. This hotel is conveniently located within a few hundred feet of I26, providing guests with the sounds and smells of constant interstate traffic. As i approached i was delayed somewhat as a school bus was offloading a group of elementary school aged children who live in the hotel, as well as the Extended Stay America hotel across the street. "The room was fabulous! My only complaint would be the parking situation. My car was 1 inch too big to park at the hotel carousel, so we had to park at a nearby parking garage. That ended up being very expensive!! And I was afraid to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage by myself in the dark. "
