"Communication was fabulous, from the day we booked right up to our arrival. This included suggestions and assistance to book our activities for the day after we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great air con which was much needed. Fresh water daily and a lovely bottle of juice each. Close to the action for the ferry, sunset pictures and great restaurants. "We stayed in an apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was ina separate building, but right down the road. It was so nice to have the extra space. It had a washer, so we were able to wash some dirty clothing. We bought washer pods at the laundromat right down the hill. The breakfast was great and very appreciated. Our apartment patio did not have a view of the sea, but the patio right down the road where breakfast is served had a beautiful view of the sea and coastline."

"Amazing view. The room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent shower and water pressure. We had trouble connecting with the staff in advance, but once we were in town he answered immediately both times we called for assistance. Check in online was quick and easy. We are at the restaurant directly across the stairway and it was delicious La Regina di Manarola. We recommend the pesto pizza, best we have had in Italy. Overall excellent stay, would stay again and recommend to a friend"

"Somewhat difficult to find (don't use Google Maps, trust me). Once I got directions from the host, it was a spectacular place. On a cliff overlooking the Ligurian Sea. Be sure to visit the common-area balcony on the top floor. My room was on the bottom - stone architecture from centuries ago."
