"This property is exactly as advertised. It was really interesting. Staying in a property while visiting the Normandy Beach area that had been occupied by Germans for two years prior to the invasion made the experience special. For the price it’s a really good deal. When we were there, the temperatures were mild, but I did not notice air conditioning or heat for this very old building. I would inquire before staying there in the summer or winter months. The house is beautiful, the breakfast is abundant and delicious, the upstairs was the perfect game area for the kids, there's a huge garden for them to run and play, and the location is very convenient for exploring the region.
