"Clean room, comfy bed. Food from the lounge was the highlight! I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had."

"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"Felt like we couldn’t enjoy the pool as they always had swimming lessons in the pool for children. We had to switch rooms the first night there as it was so hot in our room and the thermostat to turn down the heat wasn’t working. It is quite a busy hotel with only one elevator so waiting to come or go took quite a bit of time."

"The suite we stayed in was very clean, amenities were functional. The staff were very polite and helpful. We didn't have a microwave in our room and they kindly provided us with one. Breakfast was really nice and had loads of varieties. Overall, it is an awesome place to stay for especially for families with kids."

"The property was great but booking though Expedia was terrible. It started out at $109 and by the time I was checking out it was $170. Even the hotel said I could get a lower rate. I will never use Expedia again. I’m removing the app and telling all my friends"

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "Noise from the room above was higher and only seemed to be from foot steps. I believe the plank flooring if people are wearing shoes is higher than carpeting. Small concession as the cleanliness of the floors with plank flooring is way higher than carpeting."

"Great location. Close to all basic food and shopping requirements. Clean place and large size rooms. Only issue is outdated aircon which is not cold enough during hot days."

"Very nice property, Clean rooms and great staff, but the bathroom light switch on a sensor drove me nuts going to the washroom in the middle of the night. I covered it with electrical tape haha. Other then that, great place to stay short drive to West Ed Mall. Totally recommend it."

"The hotel is relatively new and looks nice and clean. The air conditioner in our first room didn’t work, but the hotel wouldn’t change our room until the repair tech couldn’t fix it, approximately an hour after we checked in. Kinda ridiculous! Anyway, everything else was fine."
