"Rooms smelled musty, not as spruce & fresh as expected. Front desk clear was nice, not that friendly. Breakfast needs improvement."

"The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved."

Plus no where on Expedia did it mention a 50$ holding fee then the guy got mad bc the card declined and was rude to us while we were transferring funds to the card bc he was "charged when cards decline" I do not recommend this hotel for anyone but it'll do in a pinch."

"We had stayed here last year, and the rooms were clean as expected from our previous visit. The only issue we had was that there was no not water. I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. It has been a week plus, and I have not heard from them. We had 3 rooms, so almost...

"The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies, so strong it gave a headache. The bathroom was not clean, there was stuff on the back of the door and walls. Pillows were flat and clumping up. Room was run down. Not a pleasant experience at all would not recommend."

"The staff were excellent, nice location, hotel was was in good shape. Our only issue was the TV or remote was not good. I think the remote was the problem. It barely worked and sometimes not at all. The only other issue was the faucet in the bathroom.. the water never got hot. I will say the bed was good and the A/C was excellent. It does seem hotel A/C systems are really bad now days, but this one in our room was top notch. Overall, our stay was great, except for the TV and faucet issue."

"The property was well maintained on the outside. The room was spacious and the main part clean, however, the bathroom shower was in horrible condition. The tile and grout were dirty and in very poor shape. Would not recommend. We showered with flip flops and quickly. We didn't use any of the amenities or have breakfast so cannot comment on them."

"Room needed updated but that wasn’t the problem. Got there late so didn’t look til I took a shower in the morning. The shower was covered in black mold and slime. I wouldn’t even let my wife use it. Next time I’ll drive the extra 6 hours home. And if they refute it I’ve got pictures to prove it."
