"There are in the middle of construction and had a low quality breakfast. The pillows are oddly small. Not dirty or anything terrible, but you can get more for the same price elsewhere."

"The room was disgusting. Dirty, stained sheets. Pillows were also stained. When i indigent then about the dirty bedding they bright up others and I had to make the need myself. The bathroom fixtures were old and rotting. I was afraid to turn the handles because it felt like they would come out of the walls. The room smelled as if someone had been vapping in there. It was by far the worst hotel room ever. The staff was dismissive and rude."

"The staff were friendly and the room and pool were nice. We couldn’t use the tv in the room however because the remote was missing. I asked twice for another one and was told the desk person had messaged the maintenance man. Apparently the maintenance man was busy doing other things. We never had that addressed."

I booked a total of five rooms, all on the first floor, and every single room had water leaking from the ceiling, apparently coming from the second floor. It was unacceptable that this issue affected every room we reserved. To make matters worse, I specifically booked non-smoking rooms, but all of them smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The major issue my daughter and I had was the drug activity taking place at all hours of the day, but especially at night…right outside our room (212). Men hanging around outside our room engaging in illegal drug activity, playing loud music, barely dressed women walking around the parking lots and hotel walkways at all hours being vulgar and loud.
