"We arrived to this location to check in. We were promptly told that the AC in the entire facility was broken. And advised that we should not check in because there was no estimated time for the fix and the building was heating up substantially. Since we reserved the room through Expedia, the hotel guaranteed us a full refund upon contacting them. Expedia did contact them and they refused to honor what the front desk told us in person…NO REFUND."

"Let me start off by saying it takes a LOT for me to write a bad review. The photos of this hotel are VERY deceiving. It is right by a huge casino which has lots of random people all around the surrounding area. It did not feel safe. There was even a mobile camera unit from a police department in the parking lot. Once we got inside the hotel, it felt safer since there was an armed guard on duty throughout the night. Our room smelled like dirty feet as soon as we walked in. We discovered that it...

My husband and I stayed for two nights to watch our daughter compete at the state track Championship meet at Mount Tahoma High School. it was a convenient location, really close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations. We didn't have a chance to use the pool / hot tub or enjoy the continental breakfast, maybe next time. I am a picky girl when it comes to where I stay and I was very happy here. They even accommodated extra pillows and shaving cream!"
