"Front desk lady was on rude. She gave me my card and said that’s your room number and nothing else. Whatever, I can live with that. But when I got to the room there was NO toilet paper. I went to the lady at the front desk who was talking on her personal phone and I asked for some toilet paper for the room and she said they were out & there was no alternatives and she continued to talk on her phone. The room was dirty with food cakes on the handle. Very uncomfortable to sleep at. "

"We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced. To make matters worse, we were told at check-in that a bagged breakfast would be provided the next morning. However, when we followed up, the hostess stated that there was nothing being given out. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness and honest communication are basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, neither was met."

"I was travelling with my son and husband. We had never stayed here before and booked last minute. I’m always sceptical of new hotels. Check in was easy, the staff was very pleasant and our room was incredibly clean. The morning breakfast was hot and delicious and all of the amenities were working. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gym facilities. For convenience sake we ate at the restaurant attached to the parking lot. Across the street there is also a shopping plaza and a few more restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"This hotel posts quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, but I was woken up at 3:18 AM by noise from the next room. First came loud TV audio, followed by doors slamming, objects dropping, and an alarm going off twice, etc. After an hour of this, I called the front desk. The woman who answered was impatient and told me that this time of night is when many guests head to the airport. I said I understood that, but suggested they could at least politely remind guests to keep the noise down. If your flight isn’t in the middle of the night, I’d recommend being cautious about staying here—you may not get a good night’s sleep due to poor soundproofing and indifferent staff."
