"Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area."

"Not as clean as id like to see. The shower curtain was about a foot too small and constantly touching you in the shower. The shower head needed to be cleaned, it was shooting all over the place."

"The barn door on the bathroom is very poor design. It offers no privacy to the user of the bathroom as everything going on in the bathroom is clearly audible to anyone outside of the bathroom. And vice versa. Seems like form over function. Everything else was very nice."

We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. "The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. "There was a soccer team there and the adults were drunk and letting the kids do whatever they wanted. Run up and down the halls this was at midnight and after. Jump and stomp the floors past midnight. Does people not know quiet time is 10pm-7am anywhere you go? It’s just being polite. "

"Check in and check out was trouble. I checked in late, and they had canceled my reservation and sold the room to someone else. The desk clerk said they had no rooms available. I asked if they expected me to go to another hotel. He came up with another room and made a one night reservation, although my original reservation was for 4 nights. "There was lots of ants through the hotel we had to switch rooms Because they were on our bed our food everywhere and also in the pool area everywhere and in th breakfast area during breakfast they need to get the property sprayers in and outside."

"My husband and I stayed at Main Stay Suites for one night, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot with good water pressure what more could you want. We will be back in Cincinnati for another overnight and plan to stay there again. Thanks"

"Manager on duty morning on 5/9/26 was very good and understanding. We checked in late Friday night and needed some ice and we had a fridge with ice maker but wasn’t on and no signage to tell us where an ice maker was. I checked for bed bugs and found NO sign of them, I do that everywhere I stay, and I found small pieces of pet poop under curtain from pet friendly facility. Shower head was horrible.
