Staff were friendly but ineffective. Had coffe in the room but no coffee make. I asked 3 time and was assured housekeeping would deliver. NEVER happened. Carpet was sticky, room stunk, fridge opend wrong direction and was close to useless. Security door to building was disabled and I was informed that thefacility had no maintenance person on staff, garbage everywhere and overflowing. Tile was missing the entire circumference of the pool, so photos of a beautiful pool were fakes or from 25 years ago. No phone, remote for TV was inoperable. Was told after I asked about housekeeping services and was informed only every 14 days. So no fresh linens for our stay, I had to deliver my soiled towels to the front desk before they would issue me freash ones. No cups, no glasses for beverages and no ice. So a 1st class dump. Tried to negotiate at least a partial refund to no avail.

Stayed 2 nights. The room was nice and comfortable for our time there. For an extended stay with a kitchen, I expected there to be some kind of pots and pans and silverware but there was none. Luckily I brought some just in case, so heads up if you’re staying and wanted to make a meal. The property is in a sketch area and the building reeked of marijuana and grease. Trash was piled up outside of the entrance to the building and you could tell it’s been sitting for days by the stench. The “breakfast” was very lacking and disappointing. All in all it was “OK”.

This stay was booked last minute. We just needed a place to shower and rest from a trip. The staff is fabulous very nice, helpful and all around understanding. However the room needed a good cleaning the floors made our feet black. The counters sticky, shower curtains nasty and the TV in the bedroom had no wire to plug it in. We could live with the room for one night. However free breakfast is always a must when we book a hotel. It wasn't as big of a breakfast as if you stayed in a bigger place. They still had a good selection for what it was. However to anyone thinking about booking this hotel just know you must watch your food. DO NOT leave it unattended even to take care of your kid for just one second. They have people who will take the food when you turn around. They must be people living there but still it's very rude. I've never been to a hotel and had to guard a waffle maker or a plate.

The outside door to our building was broken we arrived at midnight and people were coming bang going into the hotel without key cards so be the lock was broken, the room was dirty, we were work up by construction workers in the room next door at 8:30 am. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and spoke with thev mgr and they “refunded “ our next two days but in the end did not give us a refund and. We have been fighting with support to try to get out money back. We arrived at midnight onnn4/25 and left at 8:30 am on 4/25.

This was the worst hotel room i ever walked in. I couldnt even stay 10 minutes in my hotel room it smelled so bad. I left 20 minutes after i checked even though they would not refund me. Seriously the most digusting hotel room I ever walked in.

The property was acceptable. The surprise when we got there was the pet fee we knew there would be a pet fee but not $110. Unrefundable. Not in property information. The room cost $80 and the dog cost more to stay than us. We went elsewhere Red roof inn. We were not charged for dog first pet FREE. The most we ever paid was $25 which is acceptable. They still charged us for the room. $80. So be aware if you have a pet go to Ted roof Inn. Tried to negotiate an agreement but told this was not negotiable.

Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. When I checked in I was told I needed to pay the pet deposit with cash!! Why?? I paid for the room with a bank debit but was not allowed to pay for the pet deposit with the same card! WHY?? It was blizzard conditions at check-in but they forced me to drive to another building to access an ATM for the pet fee!! (The ATM charged $4.95 for the transaction). I went back to the check-in desk. A different person was at the desk and he told me the pet rent was $60 - not $50. I told him that wasn't what the first clerk told me. He said he would check his "notes". He did so, and approved the $50 rent like he was doing me a favor. Also, the room I was first assigned to in the home building was occupied, so I was forced to move my bags to another building (did I mention this was in blizzard conditions???). At the entrance of the different building was a trash can with multiple bags of trash lying around it. When I got to the different room I found a dirty shirt in a drawer in the chest, no coffee maker (there were two coffee packets though), no eating utensils, no glasses, not much of anything in the wonderfully appointed, filthy kitchen. I found no hot water at the kitchen sink, cold water for my shower, and three feet away at the bathroom sink the water was hot? Why were there different sources of hot water for these three faucets?? I have never been so glad to check out of a hotel in my life. I will never stay at this brand again.

Clean ,friendly, accommodating . Only con was it did have the musky motel smell in the hallways and room but after running the ac for a bit it went away . Beds were clean as were the restroom,and kitchen

Had a good stay. The suite with two rooms was good but completely clean. Over all if you just plan on sleeping and spending a whole day out especially to Kings Island.

Worst stay ever

Had cockroaches in my room, other guests had the same issue. Service people were very unpersonable and when I showed the cockroach at checkout the guy took pictures but never reported the claim and picture to his manager. Tried to get a comp night because of the infestation and the manager went with me to look where i killed the cockroach and he straight stepped on the piece of it left and acted like it wasn’t there and said I brought them in like a ignorant person and just argued, very unprofessional but act like there a 5 star hotel and they are the best! Never again!

Don't Stay Here!!

Property over all was poorly maintained! Room was disgusting! Dead bugs under the mattress! Dirt and mouse droppings on most surfaces! Appliances and furniture was damaged or dented!
