"Went to the 18th floor for a cocktail and they said they had no staff to sit at bar. We had friends uber there to meet us it was a real disappointment and not sure why a wait staff couldn’t have waited on us for one cocktail "

"We came in for UC graduation, stayed here two years ago for graduation also. Hotel is great, staff is great. Needs some work, our room had a huge rip in the carpet in the main room, the bathroom floor was chipped and when getting off the elevator in the lobby a cockroach was running by"

"I drove to the property and had a difficult time finding where to park. There was no signage indicating where the parking was. The room itself was sufficiently large; however, my “city view” room was directly across the street from a very active construction site which completed blocked my view. The sofa in my room had some odd stains and the kitchen sink drain had an awful (fishy) smell coming from it. "
