Very nice!! Staff is great and kind. Got to try the 5th lounge the burgers fries kids pizza is all amazing our 1.5yr old loved that pozza and the burgers 🍔 ohhh myyy a taste of burger heav frfr love this place DEF STAY HERE AGAIN !!!

This hotel is deceptive in its listing! Front staff was so lackadaisical and bothered. Got up to our room and our room reeked of cigarettes and weed, we let them keep our petty $43 deposit ( there is a 7$ a night fee to park in their underground garage, it is dark, poor lighting and definitely gives off some serial killer-ish vibes .) and we just lit up in the room. Our room was directly across from housekeepings closet, normally I wouldn’t have given a rats @$$ but it was FILTHY inside there and it just sat open all night and made it look even more trashy ( I know, I couldn’t believe it could get trashier myself!!) our room was completely lackluster and dirty. Let’s talk about the pool…the area is actually decent and there were several people utilizing it. Myself and my family went in for a dip and noticed one of the lights under the water looked funny so we looked closer and the entire light was laying on the floor of the pool, in the shallow end, wires attached to it still and it was still lit up. We and some others got out of the pool, I’m not an electrician but I do have common sense enough to know…this could be dangerous. I reported this to a staff member who was in the pool area with another family taking an injury report. Her response was “ oh, it’s not dangerous, it’s all waterproof. I said it’s also supposed to be IN the wall, not hanging on the floor, so who’s wrong here? Of course I went on a bedbug hunt asap, I didn’t see any. Carpets dirty dirty…af

The property was very nice room was great easy parking. Excellent staff.. except the bartender who knew I was taking food to my room, but failed to supply napkins and utensils, so I didn't eat the salad. The burger was great! The night manager was very personable and friendly.

Property needs a lot of work. One minute heat was on the. Suddenly air. We had to turn it off all together. Toilet only flushed sometimes. Pillows on the king bed were toddler size. Elevator was the slowest I have ever encountered. Plus for the price we paid parking should have been included.

My fiancé and i was hoping to get a jacuzzi suite initially. We booked a king bed room but wanted to suite with the jacuzzi. I called to change the room and they said everything was taken care of. It wasnt. We get here and they didnt have a suite avalible so they "upgraded" us but the upgrade was just an overlook of the run down downtown covington area with skyscrapers in the background. Then to put icing on the cake, we thought that we could just wind down with netflix but sadly they room doesnt have smart features nor lets you connect your concoles to the tv. The whole stay was honestly a complete let down and it ruined what we thought was gonna be an amazing weekend.

If you can overlook the busy bridge traffic, the view from the upper rooms is very nice. The staff was kind. Our bathroom smelled like mildew. The breakfast was meh. I would not have paid for it, fortunately we didn't have to because we originally got sent to the wrong room, so they gave us a comp. I wanted to love this place but it just wasn't up to par.

This hotel was probably pretty nice in its prime but it is very outdated. Outlets in the room didn’t work, bathtub was rusted and stained. The bed was comfortable however and the staff was very nice and helpful. Can walk to shops/restaurants in Covington. Was able to walk across the bridges to the marathon start.

I went to the restroom the second we got into the room to find a short and curly hair still in the shower. It was very apparent it hadn’t been cleaned. The lights on on side of the bed didn’t work and the outlets were having difficulty holding a charger. You could barely call room service room service, as when breakfast was brought to us 5/5/24, the woman was very rude and told us she wasn’t interested in taking a used glass cup back to the kitchen and would like to get on with her day. Definitely disappointed and will not be back.

i loved the view from the 17th floor and the beautiful night lights that changed color in the evening. Also loved the outdoor balcony. We didnt eat at the hotel ,so i cant comment on their food. Front desk was prompt and courteous. I wonder why they still have phones in the rooms if they arent working. How to contact front desk without going down, if your cell is down? Highly recommend the Anchor Grill on Pike St. in Mainstrasse area. Very old school and NICE people. Great food. Used the trolley to get back and forth from hotel to Andrew J. Brady Music center for concert. Had a great stay. Hotel is older , but I loved that they still had a bathroom. Very please overall.

Me and my Hubby started out here at this location. I lived in Knoxville, Tn and visited him. Stayed here and my hubby courted me, I found an apartment, eventually moved in with him. Got engaged, stayed here, got married stayed here. Now we are celebrating our one year anniversary together here. We love the location, staff! Amazing place. Amazing people. A special thanks to The night manager Micheal. He went above and beyond.made this anniversary very memorable and special. Thank you! We plan on spending every anniversary here going forward. The beds are horrible! You can run your hand over the mattress and feel every single spring in them. Way past time for them to be changed and after being changed rooms for this reason the other one was just as bad. We had a total of three rooms on our trip all with the same problem. The rooms were dirty the bathrooms were moldy. This hotel is past due for renovations.

The building exterior design was unique and the beds were comfortable. However, the interior of the building was obviously very old, small and in need of serious updating. Also, the room lacked any comfortable guest seating. The toilet/shower/tub area had no vent fan. The street entrance is poorly marked and extremely hard for first time visitors to find.
